The folding arms are reinforced with the Flyer chain system for stable operation even at wide spans, and optional telescopic front-bar supports increase wind resistance further (Standard on all models, plus a Plus version on the A1 and A3). A wind sensor is strongly recommended so the awning retracts automatically in strong gusts — folding-arm awnings should not be left extended in high winds.
