Sade is our Managing Director, overseeing the performance of each department and the business as a whole. She leads strategic direction, drives operational excellence, and supports continued growth across all areas of the business.

Sales & Business Development

Safia is our Office-Based Sales Manager, supporting Trade Partners with enquiries and quotations. With over two years’ experience within the Group, her attention to detail has made a strong impression.

Brian is our Road Sales Manager for the North. With extensive fenestration experience, his outgoing personality and approachable manner make him a valuable contact for Trade Partners.

Josh is our Business Development Manager, with a focus on CRM and lead nurturing to support business growth. He also provides sales and marketing support, helping to strengthen trade relationships and expand our market presence.

Marketing & Accounts

Marcus is our Head of Group Marketing. With extensive experience across multiple sectors, he leads our marketing strategy, driving campaigns, brand growth, and supporting our teams across all areas of the Canoports UK Group.

Matt is our Marketing Manager. He leads the implementation of our marketing strategies, supporting Trade Partners, and produces engaging content across all media platforms to promote the Milwood brand.

Tasha is our Credit Controller, overseeing credit processes and helping maintain a healthy cash flow. She monitors supplier and customer accounts, playing a key role in supporting strong, consistent relationships with our Trade Partners.

Operations & Stock

Julie is our Operations & Procurement Coordinator. Managing crucial aspects of sales operations and coordinating essential procurement, Julie plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Chloe is our Operations Assistant. She supports the day-to-day running of our operations by managing sales orders, updating delivery planners, and coordinating the warehouse team and in-house powder coating schedules.

Natasha is our Stock Controller, responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records. Her role is key to maintaining efficient stock flow and supporting smooth warehouse operations across the business.

Gene is our Warehouse Supervisor, bringing experience and dedication to optimising stock management and warehouse operations. His role is essential in ensuring efficiency and supporting the continued growth of Milwood Group.

Tom is our Fabrication & Assembly Supervisor, overseeing the production process to ensure high-quality standards are met. His expertise in fabrication and assembly plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and delivering excellence across our product range.

Jake is our Warehouse Operative, assisting with stock management, order processing, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. His hard work ensures the efficient flow of goods across the business and the success of our Trade Partners.
