Kevin is our Managing Director. Kevin has overall responsibility for the success and profitability of the Milwood Group and develops our business strategies, driving us forward and providing strong leadership to inspire our team.

Sade is our General Manager. Sade is an expert on our Milwood products and manages multiple elements of the business and staff to ensure all aspects of Operations and Sales remain at the highest standard throughout each division of the company.

Adam is one of our Business Development Managers, overseeing key trade partnerships. He fosters strong relationships and develops strategies to maximise value, strengthening our market position and industry reach.

Josh is one of our Business Development Manager, focusing on expanding our trade partner network, providing sales support, and assisting with targeted marketing efforts. Playing a key role in growing our business relationships and market presence.

Pam is our Business Support Administrator. Pam’s expertise in maintaining operational fluidity ensures a seamless flow of tasks and processes within the Milwood Group. Whilst coordinating delivery schedules and providing valuable support to the team.

Julie is our Operations Admin Assistant. From managing crucial aspects of sales operations and coordinating essential administrative support, Julie plays a crucial role in optimising efficiency and productivity to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Tasha is our Credit Controller. Tasha ensures the smooth management of credit control processes; she is responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow by monitoring and analysing supplier and customer accounts whilst playing a crucial role in sustaining positive relationships with our Trade Partners.

Mike leads our warehouse operations, prioritizing efficiency and teamwork. His experience and dedication ensure flawless execution of all warehouse processes. He has also recently promoted to Warehouse Manager.
