Sade is our Managing Director, overseeing the performance of each department and the business as a whole. She leads strategic direction, drives operational excellence, and supports continued growth across all areas of the business.

Sales & Accounts

Tina is our Senior Sales Account Manager. With over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry, Tina has extensive knowledge of the Milwood Products and also has a proven track record of supporting our Top Trade Accounts.

Adam is one of our Business Development Managers, overseeing key trade partnerships. He builds strong relationships and develops strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance our market position, and maximise Trade Partner revenue.

Josh is one of our Business Development Managers, with a focus on CRM and lead nurturing to support business growth. He also provides sales and marketing support, helping to strengthen trade relationships and expand our market presence.

Tasha is our Credit Controller, overseeing credit processes and helping maintain a healthy cash flow. She monitors supplier and customer accounts, playing a key role in supporting strong, consistent relationships with our Trade Partners.

Marketing & Technical

Marcus is our Head of Group Marketing. With extensive experience across multiple sectors, he leads our marketing strategy, driving campaigns, brand growth, and supporting our teams across all areas of the Canoports UK Group.

Matt is our Marketing Manager. He leads the implementation of our marketing strategies, supporting Trade Partners, and produces engaging content across all media platforms to promote the Milwood brand.

Sean is our Technical Manager, providing expert guidance on specification and installation. His technical knowledge and problem-solving skills ensure our Trade Partners receive the support they need to deliver outstanding results.

Operations & Stock

Pam is our Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations at Milwood Group. She coordinates delivery schedules, streamlines processes, and provides essential support to the team, keeping everything running seamlessly.

Julie is our Operations & Procurement Coordinator. Managing crucial aspects of sales operations and coordinating essential procurement, Julie plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Chloe is our Operations Assistant. She supports the day-to-day running of our operations by managing sales orders, updating delivery planners, and coordinating the warehouse team and in-house powder coating schedules.

Natasha is our Stock Controller, responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records. Her role is key to maintaining efficient stock flow and supporting smooth warehouse operations across the business.

Gene is our Warehouse Supervisor, bringing experience and dedication to optimising stock management and warehouse operations. His role is essential in ensuring efficiency and supporting the continued growth of Milwood Group.
