The training academy is extremely popular and can become fully booked for specific time slots fairly quickly, so if you have a particular date in mind, please contact us.

This Training Academy facility will be offered to NEW Trade Partners to facilitate your training needs once you have placed your first order with us. We recognise the importance of undergoing this training so it’s mandatory to attend the training session before your order will be delivered. This will save you time and money on site as you will have experience with the system.

Who is eligible for the training?

The installation training is currently only offered to our new Approved Trade Partners.

What will the day consist off?

The installation training will take up one full day and it will cover product, technical and installation training. We will take you through the installation of each of our systems and teach you everything you need to know about them. By the end of the day you will know the main features and technical specifications of our products, enabling you to not only sell, but also install the structures with confidence.

How much will the training cost?

The installation training day is completely free to all existing Trade Partners, the aim of our training academy is to train and support your staff so you can become experts in our product range.

Where is the training located?

All installation training days will be held at our warehouse which is placed it in the centre of the UK in Leicester. This makes it easily commutable for most locations across England, Wales and Scotland. The full address is: 8 Jacknell Road, Dodwells Bridge Industrial Estate, Hinckley, Leicester, LE10 3BS.

What is the maximum amount of trainees permitted per session?

We currently allocate one Installation Trainer per session and therefore only train up to 6 employees in one go to ensure each trainee can gain the most from their day. If you require more than 6 employees to be trained, please contact us.

Do I need to bring anything with me on the day?

It is advisable for each trainee to have a notepad and a pen to hand so they can jot down notes if required.

Are my expenses covered?

We are unable to cover your expenses such as travel, accommodation and food and drink throughout the day, so it is advised that you bring a packed lunch with you. Alternatively, an Asda superstore is located within a 5 minute car drive from the Training Centre where you can purchase refreshments.

How can I book my session?

Upon becoming an approve Trade Partner, a training session will be offered to you, however you can also contact us to arrange a date.
