A domestic customer contacted us as they were in need of a carport on their driveway in Horsham in West Sussex. They requested a quotation for the supply and installation of a 10m x 2.5m Simplicity 16 aluminium carport with clear polycarbonate roof panels.
A quotation was promptly sent out to the customer and he confirmed that he was happy with the quotation and would like to order. We were then able to arrange a free survey to be conducted to ensure the carport required was structurally viable as it is a wall mounted structure. During the survey it was established that the customer actually required a smaller carport to cover their needs. Due to this, once the survey has been completed we sent the customer a new quotation with the amended size and price which resulted in saving the customer some money!
The customer was very happy with the revised quotation and chose to proceed with the order of a 6.5m x 3.2m White Simplicity 16 carport with clear polycarbonate roof panels.
The carport was installed within under 6 weeks from the date of order and only took our qualified fitters 1 day to install.
