Yes, we provide comprehensive sales, product, and installation training to support our Trade Partners.
Training can be delivered at our HQ in Rochester, Kent, or on-site where possible via our road sales team. All new Trade Partners are required to complete this training as part of onboarding and to qualify for our highest trade discount tier.
We also offer refresher training sessions upon request, which are recommended when introducing new installation teams or onboarding new staff.
Detailed installation guides and project-specific CAD drawings are provided to ensure accurate specification and a smooth installation process.
