A beautiful veranda installation in Rainham, Kent, with Spotlight Upgrade package, installed by our Trade Partner SBI Limited

A recent example of this is a cracking installation in Rainham, Kent. The homeowner was looking to create a large outdoor living area by their double sliding doors and across the patio area. Our Trade Partner on the project, SBI Limited, have done a fantastic job installing our Simplicity Xtra Veranda to create a seamless addition into the modern home.
The team over at SBI, who are one of our most active trade partners, consistently produce a high level of craftsmanship. We are always grateful to see their results, and this is no exception.
The property is a desirable modern home with large sliding doors leading to a paved patio. The outside space hosts an abundance of greenery that adds a level of vibrance to the scenery. There is a large garden fence on one side with an extension to the opposing side of the property, creating a requirement for a tall veranda to match the scale of the surrounding elevations.
The footprint of the veranda design was 4m wide x 4m projection, so the Sim Xtra provides ample coverage to the whole patio area. The posts are slightly inset to allow for clearance from the window on the extension and drainage is neatly fixed to the pipes to manage rainwater effectively.
This Simplicity Xtra installation sees the addition of our spotlight upgrade, allowing for use of the outdoor living space at all times of day and night. Finished in our RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey powder-coat with our 6mm Clear Glass to the roof panels the new veranda will create a lovely all year-round sheltered space.
We’re extremely pleased with the work carried out by the SBI team. The contemporary look of our Sim Xtra on this modern home creates an aesthetically pleasing addition to the property, SBI have really brought out the best of our products here. A real peach of a job!
