Excellent Simplicity 6 Veranda Installation in Llanfoist, Wales, installed by our Trade Partner Greenspace Living

A recent example of how our systems continue to provide robust and cost-effective solutions to domestic homeowners across the UK is this installation by Milwood Group Trade Partner, Greenspace Living. A Simplicity 6 Veranda has been installed at a domestic home in Llanfoist, Wales with a variety of pictures supplied throughout the install process.
Greenspace Living has been a part of our unique Trade Partner program since early 2022 and their work has brought many successful projects in partnership with us already.
The Sim 6 has been installed to the rear elevation of the modern domestic home with a total span of 4.35m wide, and 2.45m in projection. This has allowed the homeowner to create a lovely, sheltered space over their patio space with access through a set of patio doors. As the width expands past 4m wide, an additional post was required to ensure sufficient load-bearing support was provided.
Our 6mm Clear Toughened Tinted Glass will prevent sunlight from passing through, creating a shaded space and therefore protects users from the sun and cooling the surrounding area in warmer months. It will still be able to benefit from plenty of natural light illuminating the area during the outdoor living season. Tinted Glass is also a proven method to reduce energy bills which is a real benefit amidst the current energy crisis.
Finished in our ever popular RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, available as standard, allows for the Sim 6 system to seamlessly integrate into the home and surrounding environment. The homeowner can now look forward to using their new outdoor living space year round without fear of the elements along with their family and guests.
