A fantastic debut veranda install in Colchester from new Trade Partner Colne Valley Windows
We’re always absolutely delighted to welcome a new Trade Partner into the Milwood Group, but we get really excited when we see photographs of their first completed Milwood installation!
Colne Valley Windows became a Milwood Group Trade Partner very recently. Based in Earls Colne near Colchester, Colne Valley Windows have over 25 year’s experience in the industry and are experts when it comes to windows and doors. Applying that expertise to Milwood Group verandas, canopies and carports is a natural progression.
Once they had completed our onboarding process and been brought up to speed with our range of outdoor living systems, the team at Colne Valley Windows wasted no time in securing their first project, a veranda installation in Colchester.
The homeowner chose our Simplicity 6 veranda to provide a sheltered space over their patio and spanning across their folding doors. With a large 4m by 2.7m footprint, the veranda really helps to open up the useable living space at the property year round.
Finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and with 6mm grey-tinted toughened glass to the roof panels, the veranda delivers a stylish aesthetic that is a perfect match for the modern property. With the posts inset from the corners, taking advantage of our Sim 6 veranda’s excellent cantilever properties, and with drainage hidden within the posts, the final visual impact is really nice.
We are happy with the whole process, from ordering all the way up to the installation. It was a very simple fit once we got our bearings and figured out which piece went where.
It’s an excellent debut installation from the Colne Valley Windows team and we’re looking forward to seeing much more of their work!
