Fantastic Glass Room Porch installation featuring Sliding Glass Door, installed by our Trade Partner NGT Products Ltd

Collaborating closely with our Trade Partners on this project in North Yorkshire, we were able to overcome several complexities through close attention to detail and precision planning. Part of the front elevation, this Sim 6 Glass Porch provides a dry space for the homeowners to enter and exit their home.

We’ve all experienced the mad dash from our car to the door as we look to reduce our time in the wet, frantically searching for our front door key to allow ourselves in, and now the homeowner will be able to do this while safe and dry.
The side panels are made from 28mm Clear Glass Frame, while the front of the porch uses our Sliding Glass Door feature to allow easy access. The ground was uneven, meaning the Simplicity 6 framework was required to accommodate this while also snugly and cleanly meeting the adjacent soil pipe.
Finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, the compliments other features of the property well. The drainage runs away from the sliding glass door courtesy of a downpipe to one side. The 6mm clear toughed glass will create a safe and robust system, protecting the occupants as they shelter underneath.
The result of the installation has proven to be extremely positive and we’re thrilled with the outcome, we look forward to sharing many more positive success stories with the team at NGT.
