Simplicity Xtra System Installed in Ireland
Our Trade Partner Roofit has recently installed Simplicity Xtra Veranda with Clear Glass roof panels for their customer in Ireland. It was installed just in time for a birthday party!

This is a Canopy fitted for two doctors recently, it is 3m wide x 4m projection. This was a perfect application for the ‘Simplicity Xtra’ because the 4m projection allowed us to get the canopy out beyond the utility room door. We had looked at sloping the canopy from the rear but the direction shown worked best because:
• The main living area is inside the French doors
• When viewed from inside the living area, the rafters running in this direction don’t impede the view
• If sloped from the rear, the post detail at the corner of the sunroom would be unsightly
We fixed the wallplate directly to the fascia, leaving the main roof gutter roof in situ. We used long bolts to ensure ample fixing right up into the main rafters. We used a folded aluminium flashing to seal to the rear fascia. The clients had been searching for some time for a suitable solution and having the ‘Simplicity Xtra’ in the range really helped to sell this job.
