In January 2015, a domestic customer contacted us as they required a high quality shelter structure to be installed in their garden where they could sit and relax outside in the fresh air whatever the weather.
They were interested in the Simplicity 35 and loved the elegance of the Victorian Upgrade that can be added to the canopy at an additional cost.
Due to the shape of their garden, the customer required the canopy to have an incline to one of the corners and to one of the end roof bars to enable it to follow the contour of their garden, whilst still obtaining the required projection. Please see the diagrams below:
Once a home visit had been conducted to check the area was suitable and to take measurements, a firm quotation was supplied for a Simplicity 35 Garden Canopy with the Victorian upgrade tailored to the customer’s needs.
In March 2015, the customer decided to go ahead with the canopy supplied by the Milwood Group due to the high quality, flexibility with design and competitive price.
Our fully trained fitters installed the garden canopy in April 2015 on a date that was convenient to the customer and the canopy was installed within just one day.
The residents can now enjoy sitting the outdoors in all-weather conditions. When it is hot and sunny, they have a calm, shaded area to cool down and relax and when the weather is not so great, they can be sheltered from the rain and wind whilst still benefiting from the fresh air, listening to the calming sound of the rain.
