With Milwood Group openly welcoming in new Trade Partners on a regular basis, it is important to us that we share our knowledge and expertise to allow for a seamless integration as they expand their range. Our Training Academy provides an excellent opportunity to gain high-level product and installation training at no extra cost.
When incorporating a new range of products even the most experienced tradesmen may come across a new system, design feature, or business opportunity. It may also raise a level of curiosity into how these systems differentiate from their current range or bring new ideas to the outdoors living market.
The Milwood Training Academy lasts, on average, around 6 hours with a lunch break in between. The session would typically begin around 9am with the aim for finishing at 3pm, but we can tailor this to suit requirements.
The sessions take place in our showroom at our Rochester HQ, so you can see and interact with examples of our systems in person. The day will begin with an in-depth overview of each system including the design features, the versatility they offer, and optional upgrade packages. We will then take you over the Trade Partner Area in our website so you can understand how to access and use all the relevant information you may require in the future.
A huge part of our service delivery is the assistance we provide in Marketing support, and you’ll have an opportunity to meet our in-house marketing team who will create compelling stories on your projects and help generate new leads. We strongly believe that co-marketing is a win-win for us all, so are very keen to celebrate your success and get you showing up in Google for customer searches in your area!
On top of this, we’ll help you with your marketing and sales strategies including ways in which you can up sell on each order. By upselling with our optional upgrades, you’ll be able to create a greater profit margin for each installation and create an even more satisfied customer. Finally, we’ll cover any “Do’s & Don’ts” to help you overcome unforeseen obstacles and challenges during your installs.
