Powder-coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, this sleek structure was expertly installed by Cambridge Canopies, a professional Trade Partner known for delivering high-quality aluminium canopy solutions across the region.

Designed with both elegance and durability in mind, the Simplicity 6 is a modern, wall-mounted aluminium veranda that’s perfectly suited for commercial environments. At The Greyhound, it has transformed the frontage into a practical, year-round alfresco dining area that attracts passers-by and enhances the overall customer experience.

The minimal, contemporary design works seamlessly with the existing building façade, while the robust structure offers long-term, low-maintenance protection from the elements. Featuring 6mm toughened glass roofing, the system allows natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and welcoming environment for diners – even in poor weather.

This project was carefully tailored to suit the site’s layout and public-facing function. Cambridge Canopies installed the Simplicity 6 structure across the pub’s façade, securing the upright posts within custom-built brick planters that double as decorative flower beds.

The system’s integrated rainwater drainage channels water discreetly through the aluminium posts, avoiding the need for exposed guttering. The design ensures the outdoor space remains usable in all weather conditions while maintaining a clean and professional look that reflects the high standards of The Greyhound at Bagby.
