The Milwood group are happy to announce that we have been nominated for Training & Development Initiative of the Year for the G18 Awards. Our Training Academy has had over 50 successful graduates within the 5 short months that is has been open.
We want all our Trade Partners to have full understanding and knowledge of our products, so they can be as passionate about them as we are, which is why we invested our money and time into creating our training academy, where we have samples and models of all the products that we train on and rebuild.
Feedback from our graduated trade partners have said that they felt more confident with installing and selling our products to their customers after completing their training, as they gain more knowledge of the products as well as how to correctly install them. The training day allows them to gather as much information as possible to meet customer satisfaction every time.
We are over the moon to have been nominated for this prestigious award and look forward to the future with our training academy and hope we can keep growing and training all our trade partners and encourage them to take advantage of these facilities.
