This is why we have made all of the documentation readily available on our website.

If you are one of our verified Trade Partners you will have access to the highly useful Trade Partner Area. Here, we have a range of valuable resources available in just the click of a few buttons. Upon logging into our dedicated Trade Partner Area, you’ll see multiple sections that will offer you important documents and information, and our Technical Guides and Product Datasheets can be found in the ‘Learn’ tab.

Our Installation Guides include videos and PDFs to support the install process in full from start to finish. They are a great source of information that will support even the most experienced Trade Partners, especially those working with a Milwood Group system for the first time.

Datasheets on our site cover the entire Simplicity range, The Contemporary Alfresco and Alfresco Glass Room, our recently released garden fencing solution ‘A-Fence’, and several of our popular upgrades such as our Simplicity Grass, Sim Xtra Spotlights, and 16mm Grey Heat Guard Poly.

The Datasheets will cover data such as technical information, features & benefits, upgrade options and technical drawings in depth. We also have our Technical Fact Sheet which covers all systems technical information in one simple document.

We’re always open to welcoming new installers into our program and offer in depth product training to new and existing Trade Partners at our head office and showroom in Rochester, Kent. You’ll also get to see our warehouse facilities and in-house seven-stage pre-treatment powder-coating line to see how we manufacture our systems here in the UK.
