Aesthetically pleasing canopy installation in Wales with bespoke design detail to accommodate drainage pipe, installed by our Trade Partner Canopy Pro Ltd
The team at Milwood Group have spent decades in the industry, and it is that experience that has given us the insight needed to understand what an installation professional needs from their suppliers. We designed our entire range of outdoor living products in-house in order to make sure they are simple to work with and can be easily manipulated for any scenario.
A great example of this is a recent installation that took place in Wales, courtesy of our long-standing Trade Partner Canopy Pro. The project in question saw the install of our very popular Simplicity 6 Veranda at this lovely bungalow.

There was a drainage pipe that scaled the side of the property and extended out and around the overhanging roof edge that this project had to overcome, a common arrangement that our Trade Partners often run into. Following their detailed site survey, Canopy Pro noted the dimensions of the pipe and passed them on to our design team to allow for it to be correctly accounted for.
In order to allow the pipe to pass through our Sim 6 Veranda, we planned for this to pass through our 6mm clear glass roof panels. A polycarbonate infill was needed to secure around the pipe into place, providing a secure, safe and seamless integration into the veranda.
Finished in RAL 9016 White powder-coat, the homeowner has created a charming outdoor living area that matches the aesthetics of the home. In this project, the Sim 6 footprint measures 4m x 2.5m, while the sheltered patio provides a cosy outdoor living area free from the elements.
