The homeowner selected our popular Simplicity 6 veranda and took advantage of our Victorian Upgrade package to bring a high level of integration between the home and the stylish rear garden.
The veranda posts are inset from each end by 305mm to allow for a precise spacing, neatly aligning with the windows and French doors of the property. Drainage for the veranda is concealed within the posts for a seamless aesthetic.
Finished in RAL 9016 White to match the modern home’s patio doors, the installation flawlessly integrates to the property. The detached home benefits from a lovely private garden, allowing the homeowner to now extend their living space into the outdoor patio area. They will be able to have their patio doors open all year round without fear of the elements intruding into their home! The 5m x 2.5m footprint of the veranda delivers a large new space for the homeowner to enjoy, and the 6mm clear toughened glass in the roof panels will allow sunlight to shine through clearly.
