This outstanding outdoor living space has been created for this homeowner as a result of one of our Simplicity Xtra verandas being added to their garden.
The team over at Roofit, our Trade Partner in Ireland, have created a wonderful result with this project and we are extremely pleased to see the outcome they have achieved using one of our Simplicity Xtra’s.
Our Simplicity Xtra veranda model enabled this homeowner to create an elegant, beautiful outdoor living area that is separate from their home. The stylish garden is surrounded by a wide patio area, and with our Sim Xtra spanning 10.6m wide and 4m in projection, sufficient sheltered space has been created.
This project required a custom design. We offer a variety of upgrade options, and the owner has chosen to close off the space with our sliding glass doors to one end. Creating a seamless effect, a “Cheeseframe” glazed infill panel covers the gap above the doors while our Goalpost upgrade allows the veranda to be free-standing rather than wall-mounted. Meanwhile, a louvre roof effect is created by fitting wooden slats into the middle section of the veranda, sourced from another supplier.
Finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey the Sim Xtra truly complements the aesthetic of the stylish garden. Accompanied by the custom design features, the seamless integration creates a fabulous outdoor living space for the homeowner to reap the many benefits our systems provide.
