Designed to enhance both form and function, the structure creates a reliable, modern shelter ideal for vehicle parking or external storage.

This 6m x 4.5m Simplicity 35 system is powder-coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey (textured), combining durability with contemporary aesthetics. The 35mm Bronze polycarbonate roof panels provide long-lasting protection against the elements while complementing the overall design.

To provide additional side coverage and wind protection, bespoke single-glazed aluminium top frame, also known as a “cheese frame”, infills were installed at both gable ends.

The installation was completed with meticulous attention to detail by Canopy Pro’s experienced team. One unique aspect of this project involved incorporating the cheese frame into the end bar of the Simplicity 35 system – an element not typically required for standard carport installations.

Working closely with our technical team, we helped guide the solution, including a slight adjustment to the fixing sequence and the use of a bespoke 12mm packer to close a small gap. Thanks to this collaboration, the result achieved both structural integrity and a neat visual finish. While this approach worked well for this specific setup, it was tailored for this project and may not apply to all scenarios.
