Delightful carport Installation at a domestic home in Maidstone, installed by our Trade Partner SBI Limited

SBI Limited, one of our busiest Trade Partners, recently installed a Milwood Group carport on a lovely domestic home in Maidstone, Kent, using our Simplicity 16 system. Commonly used to protect cars from the elements, the Simplicity 16 has been developed with quick installation, durability and cost in mind, all while capable of providing an effective sheltered area.

Having their car protected from the elements all year round is important to the homeowner. Due to its slanted-roof design, the Simplicity 16 effectively diverts rainfall, among other elements, away from the vehicle and access point to the residence.
During the initial design phase, a soil pipe running along the property’s side elevation had to be considered. A poly-infill was used to allow the pipe to run consistently through the 16mm clear polycarbonate roof panels as they required cutting by the SBI team.
Ultimately, this homeowner will benefit from a cost-effective solution and create additional value for their property. The RAL 9016 White finish is not only aesthetically pleasing, it also compliments the home well, allowing seamless integration.
