We are very pleased with the Sim Xtra’s application on this project. Spanning across the width of the integral double garage, it is a highly practical upgrade for this modern property.

With this solution, the homeowner no longer needs to worry about the weather or bird droppings when storing their car outside. Furthermore, the carport posts are fixed to the retaining walls, eliminating any new obstacles for vehicles from the structure.

It’s height is suitable for taller vehicles to safely pass under but still sloped sufficiently to allow effective drainage, which is integrated into the posts.

Finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey powder-coat, the carport complements the white external decor of the home nicely, and the 4m projection by 4m width provides a large footprint can store most vehicles with room to spare. The 6mm clear toughened glass in the roof panels allows for full visibility from the home to the driveway area for security and peace-of-mind.
