Due to the low level of the eaves on the bungalow, the Alfresco team were required to install bespoke steel brackets and a crossbar Goal Post section to create a solution that suited the property. The Sim 16 footprint spans 4.83m wide with a projection of 1.85m and this is supported by a height of 2.1m at the lowest point to provide ample space for a car or van to safely park in a dry sheltered space. The 16mm Clear Polycarbonate Roof Panels will provide a robust finish to protect the space from adverse weather with an external downpipe to effectively channel the rainwater away from the driveway.
Finished in our most popular RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey in a textured powder-coat, Milwood Group are proud to say that our entire production process is managed in house to help keep lead-times low and competitive.
