Sleek Simplicity 16 Veranda Installation creates futureproof solution for domestic customer in Abergavenny, Wales, installed by our Trade Partner Greenspace Living

We recently received word from our Trade Partner, Greenspace Living, who has successfully installed one of our Simplicity 16 verandas for a domestic homeowner who required a more permanent solution for a previously damaged awning.
Greenspace supply a stunning range of garden products to enhance an outdoor living space, particularly for those with an outdoor lifestyle, with our aluminium verandas a key part of their range.
To install the Simplicity 16, Greenspace were required to remove the framework of the previously installed awning system, including the mounting section. Once our aluminium wall-plate was fixed to the rear elevation of the property across the patio door section, the system could then be concreted into the ground to secure the posts.
The homeowner had specified they wanted clear roofing panels, and while their budget could not stretch to a Sim 6 model with glass panels, Greenspace drew their attention to a more cost-effective solution in the form of a Simplicity 16 with Clear Polycarbonate glazing, preventing direct sunlight passing through without hindering any natural light.
The solution proved to be perfect for the application with the patio space covered effectively and the sunlight unhindered for the customer to enjoy the outdoor space across the summer and throughout the year. – David Prout – Greenspace Living
Finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, the Sim 16 complements the modern home and seamlessly integrates into the garden space. The 3m width and 2.1m projection allow for a snug installation across the patio space while offering weather protection for the patio doors should they be open at various points throughout the year in adverse weather.
