A recent project by our Trade Partners in Ireland, Roofit, is testament to the way in which our range can help to transform outdoor space into an optimal environment for year-round functionality. This project saw the installation of a Simplicity Xtra model to the rear elevation of the home.

The Sim Xtra leads out into the rear garden via a set of French doors, sheltering a fashionable patio that now plays host to a set of delightful garden furniture. To one side, we can see that a fixed glazed wall has been incorporated into the design to provide additional wind-resistance and shelter from rainfall.
Spanning 4m wide with a projection of 4m, this new outdoor living space provides a great environment for a variety of possibilities such as hosting outdoor garden parties, alfresco dining, storage, and creating a safe and comfortable play environment for the children in the wet and windy months that lie ahead as we enter autumn.
The homeowners can welcome the great outdoors into their home without fear of the elements, with the sheltered space allowing the French doors to be open year-round to let crisp fresh air inside. The Anthracite Grey powder-coat finish delivers a seamless integration into the property and surrounding environment.
