A superb Glass Room installation by NGT Products Ltd in Leeds is a shining example of what can be achieved through our Trade Partner program. Using one of our Simplicity Xtra models, this project has transformed this lovely home by creating a stylish outdoor dining area in the rear garden.
NGT have been an active Trade Partner with us for over 5 years now, and we’ve created a great relationship over this period with many successful projects completed together.
The Sim Xtra covers a segment of the rear patio area that leads out from a set of French doors. Spanning 3.5 wide with a projection of 3m, this newly sheltered space features our 28mm Clear Fixed panels to the left-hand side, with our Glass Sliding Door upgrades to both the right-hand side and the front for easy access and the option to open up the room in the warmer months.
The sections above the the sliding doors include an Angled Glass Infill Panel to create a seal between the doors and the sloped roof section. Using only a spigot, the system uses internal drainage via the posts keeping the floorspace dry underneath.
Powder-coated to an RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey finish, the homeowners can now look forward to dining outdoors all year-round in their Glass Room while free from all elements. The 6mm Clear toughened glass will remove the sound of external noise from above, such as birds, while allowing in a fully immersive view in the sunnier months.
