This family home in Swansea features one of our Simplicity 6 verandas, installed to the side elevation over the tiled patio area. Fixed onto the flagstones, the Sim 6 makes for a versatile system that can also be fixed into the ground.

It was important for the homeowner to create an outdoor living space which would provide adequate space for their children to play, while also leaving room for the family to eat their meals outside. Now that our robust Sim 6 is installed, they can enjoy nature year-round without fear of the elements. As you can see in the images, a rain shower occurred and the veranda provided excellent cover!
This Simplicity 6 required an additional standing leg due to its 6m width and 3m projection. As a result, the robust design ensures the safety and welfare of the children playing under the veranda.
This seamless finish was achieved by using RAL 8017 Chocolate Brown Textured Finished, matching the property’s windows. In addition to the 6mm clear glass, the outdoor living space will be able to provide direct sunlight and a comfortable play area for children.
