Terrific Veranda Installation creates Outdoor Living Space at Domestic Home in Northamptonshire, installed by our Trade Partner SBI Limiteda
Summer may be slipping away from us once more we can still invite the great outdoors into homes across the UK. The Milwood Group’s range of modular and versatile verandas, canopies and carports are the ideal solution for your outdoor living space projects.
This recent project in Northamptonshire proves no exception due to the terrific craftsmanship of our Trade Partners at SBI Limited. Thanks to them, one of our Simplicity 6 verandas has been successfully installed and seamlessly integrated into this modern domestic home.
SBI are one of our longest serving active Trade Partners, we regularly receive great feedback from their team as they continue to deliver superb results using our range of aluminium designs.
The Sim 6 is installed to the rear elevation of the property, spanning 4m wide with a projection of 3m. Positioned over French doors that lead out onto the garden patio, this outdoor living space will be capable of hosting a variety of functions such as garden parties and outdoor dining.
The posts are inset by 500mm on each side to allow a cantilevered beam section, this way, the veranda can extend over the garden wall for additional protection to the side. The Sim 6 is bolted into the flagstones surface through the use of our post foot cleats, while the drainage is fitted internally for a seamless aesthetic within the post.
The Sim 6 in finished in our RAL 9016 White which complements the French doors and modern aesthetic of the property. The 6mm clear glass will allow for an immersive view while still resistant to all elements and withstanding the weight of snow and debris.
