We are pleased to share these images from a delightful veranda installation that was recently completed in Manningtree, Essex. The project was carried out by our Trade Partner, Essex Verandas, who installed one of our Simplicity Xtra systems at this modern domestic family home.

The homeowners wanted to create a private and sheltered space in their garden where they could enjoy the outdoors all year round. They chose the Simplicity Xtra veranda system because it was the perfect solution for their needs.

The veranda was installed to the rear elevation of the property, creating a wide sheltered space across the patio. The posts were cemented into the ground beyond the patio wall to enhance the space even further. The downpipes lead all rainwater into a gravel section next to the artificial grass.

The veranda is 5.35m wide with a 4m projection, the roofing panels are made of 6mm clear toughened glass for an immersive and premium experience. The drainage is external downpipes, and the colour finish is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey in a Textured Powder-Coat.

One of the key features of this veranda is the spotlight upgrade. The spotlights provide excellent illumination, and they can be used to enhance the atmosphere and overall usage times for the outdoor space. These spotlights are also energy-efficient, which means that they will save the homeowners money on their energy bills.

The homeowners are delighted with their new veranda. The RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey powder-coated finish creates a seamless and complementary feel to the home, creating additional long-term value both aesthetically and financially.
