We partnered with Birchwood Trading for this project in Glasgow, Scotland, to create an outdoor living solution for a happy customer. The modern family home has seen the addition of one of our Simplicity 6 verandas to the rear elevation of the property.

Birchwood Trading has been one of our Trade Partners for several years now and their installations across the UK have provided many homeowners with their dream outdoor living solutions.

The homeowners were looking for a way to extend their living space and create a more sheltered area for their family to enjoy. The Simplicity 6 veranda was the perfect solution for their needs. It is a sleek and modern design that complements the style of their home.

The total footprint of this veranda is 4m x 2m in size and has 6mm clear toughened glass roofing panels. The clear glass panels will help reduce noise levels in times of rain, while providing an immersive experience in times of sunshine making it the ideal choice for use all year round.

The posts are inset in order to create a cantilever section, offering additional shelter to each end without the need for additional legs, it also allows the customer to work with our Trade Partners to design the best solution to suit the environment. In this case avoiding the curved patio pathway.

The colour finish is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and seamlessly integrates into the modern property. The family home will benefit from additional value both aesthetically and financially for decades to come, while also supporting the safety of the sheltered space.
